Construction Features

Housing: Two-piece spherical housing constructed of 8-gauge, lightweight aluminum.
Lens/Door Assembly: Constructed of heavy gauge aluminum with four stainless steel fasteners for positive locking weather tight seal and ease of relamping. Internal lens ring retainer with high temperature silicone gasket used to seal and secure tempered thermal shock-resistant optical glass lens. Door assembly is sealed to housing with high temperature closed cell silicone to ensure no gasket compression set. Supplied with stainless steel safety cable. Designer one-piece egg crate louver assembly standard.
Reflector: Electropolished and anodized high purity aluminum, coilzak or equivalent. The standard lamp holder is a porcelain medium base 4 kv pulse-rated socket with stainless steel lamp shell and lamp grips.
Ballast: Integral mounted and prewired. HPF Core & Coil ballast. Available in 120, 208, 240, 277 or 480 volt. Fixtures with yoke mounting supplied prewired to three feet of 16/3 STW-A cord. Cord is secured to enclosure with a watertight strain relief. Fixtures with knuckle slipfitter mounting supplied prewired to power leads inside fitter's wiring compartment.
Mounting: Choice of heavy gauge, die-formed hot rolled steel yoke or knuckle slipfitter for standard 2 inch pole tenon mounting (2-3/8" OD) by others.
Hardware: All external hardware is stainless steel, aluminum or hot dip galvanized.
Finish: Polyester powder coated finish, fired at high temperatures to produce a durable weatherproof coating. Standard colors include black, bronze and silver. Custom color matching is also available. Please consult the factory for availability.
