Construction Features

Housing: One-piece A-360 aluminum alloy die-cast (less than 1% copper content). Concealed, single piece high temerature closed cell silicone gasket between housing and door frame.
Lens/Door Assembly: One-piece A-360 aluminum alloy die-cast (less than 1% copper content) frame secures the clear tempered thermal and shock resistant glass which is sealed to the frame with a closed cell silicone gasket and secured with aluminum retainer. Door assembly attached to housing with internal hinge and secured with four series 300 stainless steel recessed captive screws.
Reflector: Electropolished and anodized high purity aluminum, coilzak or equivalent. Metal Halide and HPS units equipped with porcelain medium base 4 kv pulse-rated socket with stainless steel lamp shell and lamp grips for ED-17 lamps or G-12 socket for T6 lamps..
Ballast: Integral mounted and prewired. Choice of HPF Core & Coil or Electronic ballast. All components UL and CSA recognized. Available in 120, 208, 240, 277 or 480 (Core & Coil only) volt. Fixtures with yoke mounting supplied prewired to three feet of 16/3 STW-A cord. Cord is secured to enclosure with a watertight strain relief. Fixtures with knuckle slipfitter mounting supplied prewired to power leads inside fitter's wiring compartment.
Mounting: Choice of heavy gauge, die-formed hot rolled steel yoke or knuckle slipfitter for standard 2 inch pole tenon mounting (2 3/8" OD) by others.
Hardware: All external hardware is stainless steel, aluminum or hot dip galvanized.
Finish: Polyester powder coated finish, fired at high temperatures to produce a durable weatherproof coating. Standard colors include black, bronze and silver. Custom color matching is also available. Please consult the factory for availability.
